CAC is staffed mostly by volunteers. Volunteers are trained to help provide all the services that the agency offers. They provide information to donors and clients, take client intake calls, perform client interviews, make referrals, sort and bag food and clothing and assist in routine office operations and special projects. It is the commitment of our dedicated volunteers that is really at the heart of our success, their empathy and willingness to give a helping hand. Join this great group of committed neighbors and help your neighbors.

To volunteer you may call us or download* the volunteer application, complete it and mail it to CAC. A Volunteer coordinator will contact you as soon as we hear from you.

In addition to cash contribution you may donate: food, gently used clothing, small appliances, pots, pans and MARTA tokens. We are always in need of school-age children's clothing and shoes and work pants for men, sizes 28 to 34.
